Message	did the the noise on yours come when you switched into a gear or driving in a gear? Correct me if Im wrong but in 5th, or overdrive, only that 5th gear and input/output shafts spin...gears 1-4 stop spinning? If that is the case, and since the noise isnt there in 5th I would suspect the bearings in the tranny are fine and its somehow the gears 2-4 themselves...
